Arts on Terry 2024
 

The South Bay Art Association (SBAA) is thrilled to announce our participation in this year's Arts on Terry, a celebrated exhibition that highlights the vibrant artistic talent within our community. This year, we aim to showcase the diverse talents of our membership by featuring a curated selection of artwork that reflects the rich variety of styles, mediums, and perspectives within SBAA.

Submission Guidelines:
 

1.  Artwork Specifications:
   - Each artist is invited to submit one piece of artwork.
   - Artwork should be no larger than 14 inches in any direction, including the frame.
   - We encourage a broad range of styles and mediums to illustrate the eclectic nature of our membership.

2.  Eligibility:
   - Open to all current members of the South Bay Art Association.
   - Each artist may submit only one piece.

3.  Submission Requirements:
   - Digital images of the artwork should be submitted in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
   - Include a completed submission form with the following details:

•      Artist's name

•      Title of the artwork

•     Medium

•     Dimensions (including frame)

•     Price (if for sale)

•     Contact information
   

4.  Submission Process:
   - All submissions must be made through our online registration form by September 20, 2024.
   - Ensure that all images and documentation are submitted in the correct format.
 

5.  Selection and Notification:
   - All artwork submitted is accepted into this exhibition. However, SBAA has the right to deny anywork that is deamed innappropriate for the seeting. This is a family event, please keep that in mind.

6.  Exhibition Details:
   - Selected artworks will be exhibited at Arts on Terry, taking place on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 1 pm to 5 pm.
   - Drop-Off Date and Time:  September 22, 2024, from 12 PM to 12:30 PM.
   - Artwork Pick-Up Time: September 22, 2024, 5 PM 

•    Artists are responsible for delivering their artwork to the exhibition venue during the specified drop-off period and retrieving it at the pick-up time provided.
   

7.  Additional Information:
   - All artwork must be ready for display, with appropriate framing, wiring, or mounting as required. 
   - The SBAA will handle sales inquiries and commission a standard 5% administration fee on all sold works.
   - We encourage artists to attend Arts on Terry to engage with the public and fellow artists.
