An SBAA Juried Group Membership Exhibition at BAFFA September 8th-30th

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUMMITING!

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Thursday, August 24, 2023 (no late submissions will be accepted)
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION: Saturday, August 26, 2023
DROP OFF: Thursday, September 7, 2023, 10:30 AM-1:30 PM or 5:30-6:30 PM (no exceptions)
PICK-UP: Sunday, October 1, 2023, 10 AM-12 PM (no exceptions)
RECEPTION: Friday, September 8, 2023, 6:30-8:30 PM

This JURIED exhibition is an opportunity to enter your larger works, we will only accept pieces OVER 11” x 14”.

Artists who are not able to make drop off and pick up will not be accepted into the show. Please make sure your information is correct at the time of submission. Changes will not be allowed after the submission process closes.

All work must be SECURELY WIRED and ready for safe hanging with d rings.
NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS. Any unsafe, non-professional framing or presentation will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be sure to have your name and the title of your work attached to the back of your piece. Exhibiting artists will be required to gallery sit during which time you can host an artist meet and greet mini reception (alcohol is not permitted).

The BAFFA gallery will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 PM provided sitters are available.

Please note that BAFFA’s commission is 25% for non-members. 15% for BAFFA members.

Artists can join BAFFA before the exhibit starts to receive the commission deduction. All exhibiting artists will need to complete an Artist Release form for BAFFA at the time of drop-off.

We recommend artists carry their insurance as South Bay Art Association and BAFFA will not insure or be responsible for missing or damaged artwork.
