In Case You Missed It - Our Members Are Talented!

What can we say? We are proud of the diversity in style and mediums of our members!


The 64th Annual Membership Show of the South Bay Art Association took place on June 1 - June 2 at the Bellport Community Center. Members were invited to submit their artwork for evaluation by artist and educator, Danielle Lovati.


More About The Judge



Danielle Livoti is an artist and art educator, with 16 years of teaching experience at the high school level. She holds a BFA in Art Education from LIU Post and an MA in Studio Art from New York University. Danielle is an abstract mixed media artist, whose works have been exhibited in the 2020 Long Island Biennial at the Heckscher Museum of Art, Spotlight at the Paramount, The Firefly Artists Gallery, and various art spaces throughout Long Island. She currently resides in Brightwaters, NY where she is working on bringing more art experiences to the community through the Brightwaters Art Council, of which she is President.


What Were The Categories?

SBAA Members were asked to submit work in the following categories:

  • Acrylics

  • Oils

  • Watercolor

  • Sculpture/Ceramics

  • Photography


They could submit artwork measuring up to 30" x 40", and a large number of our members opted for larger sizes!
